wUw Item Purchase Terms & Conditions

When you make an order with wUw you agree to the following terms and conditions: I agree to use the services of wUw to source & negotiate on my behalf the requested item/s I have purchased and placed an order for. I agree to finalize payment for all money owing within 7 days of submitting the order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon prior to purchase. I agree that all of the information I have provided is correct and true to the best of my knowledge. I agree that I have placed an order in good faith and with the intention to purchase the item/s. I agree that if wUw can locate the item/s at the price which I have agreed to purchase and I do not purchase the item/s, then I will be obligated to pay a minimal sourcing and administration fee for using wUw services * I agree that wUw will offer me similar or alternative products that are similarly priced, given my original sourcing request/purchase is not met. I agree not to hold wUw responsible if they are, for any reason, unable to fulfill my original sourcing request/purchase. Please Note: The above terms & conditions are unlikely to alter however they can change at any given moment at wUw’s discretion. In the event that the above conditions do change, they will not effect any sourcing requests that are currently in process and will only take effect the next time you request an item to be sourced.
