How is it that you offer such great discount postage rates?

At Whatever-U-Want we have established a national and international shipping infrastructure network that services our customers worldwide. We currently have postage volume discount agreements arranged with established and professional organisations such as Australia Post, United Postal Service (UPS), Fastway Couriers and various other courier & delivery companies. We also have developed a fantastic logistic arrangement with many extensive well respected furniture removalists.

With these arrangements we are not only able to ship you any sized items to almost anywhere around the world but also have the ability to offer you great postage discounts as an added bonus that are not available to the general public. Another reason why we can offer you such great postage rates is because we ship our products in bulk, thusly are able to take advantage of bulk national and international shipping prices.

Because we ship in bulk it allows us to pass onto you exclusive bulk shipping discounts on the products you purchase through the WUW online portal. Given this, the more products you purchase on any given order the greater savings you will realise. In some instances products will ship for free when your purchase reaches a pre-established threshold.

 

Once my items have been shipped am I able to track their progress?

Yes, our network of shipping partners provide us with accurate and up-to-date item tracking information. As such you not only have the ability to track your items as they leave our storage facility till the moment they arrive on your front porch, but you also have the peace of mind of knowing where your items are at every stage of the shipping process.

 

Do you offer product insurance on your shipping?

Yes we offer product insurance on all products purchased within Australia for up to $100 through our registered and receipted post service. For only an extra $3 per shipment you too can have the added security of protecting your shipment from possible damage or loss.

Time Frames & Packaging

How soon can I expect to receive my products after I have made my order?

At all times we do Whatever-It-Takes to ensure that your products leave our company headquarters within 48 hours after we have received your order (unless otherwise specified). Under normal circumstances you will receive your products within 7 to 14 days (unless otherwise specified). Once a product leaves our premises we have no further direct influence over the shipping timeframes.

 

What happens when there is a delay in the shipment of my products?

The specific timeframes that we provide our customers with on our site are based on timeframes given to us by our shipping partners. If products are delayed during this process we will do Whatever-It-Takes to speed up the process for our customers, however we are unable to provide concrete guarantees.

Given this knowledge, you can be assured that we have done our homework and established relationships with outstanding and reliable shipping partners who strive for excellence in their service quality and efficiency.

Please also bear in mind that shipping timeframes can also vary depending on stock levels and availability of products. In such instances we endeavour to inform our customers on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are abreast of the latest ETA information. I’m concerned about the packaging of fragile items. Are they packaged securely with safety in mind?

We take every precautionary measure to ensure that every item is packaged securely and correctly before it leaves our headquarters. This attention to detail ensures that the items are not damaged during the shipping process. However, yet again this does not guarantee that the products will arrive 100% intact, which is why we offer our customers peace of mind through shipping insurance.

Out of Stock Items & ETA

What if products I order are found to be temporarily out of stock?

If you have ordered an item that is identified to be out of stock by our stock department, we will endeavour to do Whatever-It-Takes to find an alternative source of the product for you through our extensive network of suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers. After we have sourced the item/s for you we will provide you with new ETA details – You have our guarantee that you will be notified at every stage of this process via email or phone.

If for instance we cannot source the item/s for you, than we may offer you alternative product/s that best match the product/s you initially purchased. At this stage you have a choice to purchase this item/s or otherwise we will offer you a full refund on your purchase with no further questions asked. Alternatively we can offer you a credit on a future purchase.

Sourcing

I’ve been searching all over the internet trying to find a product at the price I want without great success. Are you able to source this item out for me at the price I want to pay?

As an extra service for our WUW Members we offer a unique Sourcing Service where you, the customer, provides us with Whatever-U-Want and we will do Whatever-It-Takes to source it for you within the price range you set.

Because we have access to an extensive national and international network of manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers and other third parties we are able to source just about any item or product that you are after.

How this service works is rather simple. You provide us with a description and photo (if possible) of Whatever-U-Want as-well-as an ETA and budget that you have in mind. We will take this information and source out this item for you (within your ETA and budget whenever possible). Once we have confirmation that we can source the item for you, you will be notified and the standard purchasing process (as applies to all other products on the WUW website) will be activated.

Whom do I deal with if I have a warranty issue?

Under normal circumstances all warranty issues must be dealt directly with the manufacturer, wholesaler or supplier. However, we are more than happy and willing to liaise with you and the manufacturer, wholesaler or supplier if any warranty issues arise. We will do Whatever-We-Can to help you reach a successful resolution.

Returns, Credits & Exchanges

What are your policies and procedures for returning or exchanging items?

Once a product or item has been granted a return for an exchange, credit or refund, you will be provided with a return postal address where your goods can be sent. When we have received the goods and they have passed a condition evaluation report (where the item has been checked for damage, markings, packaging etc) we will provide you with a product refund, credit to your account or alternatively an exchange of the same product.

What happens if I am seeking a refund for one or more products I have purchased?

A product or item can only be approved for a refund once we have received the goods back and it has passed a conditions evaluation report. In this instance we will contact you to confirm your details and refund information, and will complete the transaction through either, PayPal, Bank Deposit Credit Card or Cheque as soon as possible.

I have found an item at a lower price than what you are selling it for through your website. Can you match the price I have been quoted?

Yes, we will not only match the price but will also provide you with an additional 5% discount on the product. The only condition is that the item must be of the same colour, make, model, brand etc, and you must be able to show substantial proof of the advertised selling price of the item under consideration. The proof may be a current internet link, catalogue, written quote, etc.

Discounting

I have noticed that you have up to 4 different prices quoted for the same product. Could you please explain what all these prices mean and what price I should be attending to?

Throughout the WUW online store we offer several discounts on top of our already low daily prices. A summary of these discounts is as follows:

Retail Prices

Retail prices are based on the manufacturer’s standard retail price recommendation for their products and services. This is the very top price listed under the product photo.

WUW Price

The WUW price is offered to customers who shop online who aren’t yet WUW Members. Even though these prices are standard, they are still however – in many instances – well below retail value. The standard price is the second price listed under the product photo.

WUW Discount Price

On a weekly and monthly basis we discount certain products and services for a variety of reasons. These discounts are offered equally to members and non-members alike. They are however limited by time or by the quantity of that particular product that we currently have in stock. The discount price is the third price (most instances – unless it is not offered) listed under the product photo.

Member’s Discounts

By becoming a wUw Member we offer you exclusive offers and discounts to purchase our products and services at bargain prices. Membership is free and is available to everyone. You will always find the Member’s price listed below the standard price (or discount price, if it is offered). If you are a WUW member this is the only price that you need to consider when purchasing products. Members always get additional discounts even on items that have already been discounted.

Clearance Centre

Within the wUw Clearance Centre you will find ‘Time Sensitive’ discounts on products that may be limited in stock, slightly damaged, or over stocked. The reason for their sale will be provided. Bear in mind that in order to purchase items from the Clearance Centre you must be a wUw Member.

Under normal circumstances you will be automatically logged in under your WUW membership name the moment you visit the wUw website – if accessing from the same computer you used to register your details.
