Locate the item of your desire from items that have already been submitted for sourcing previously or submit your own specific sourcing request.

If and once you have located your item of desire through the previously sourced items, simply show your interest by entering your name and email address into the fields provided and we will re-source it for you. You will receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards outlining to you the next stage.

If you didn’t located the product of your desire, and would like for our sourcing team to try and locate it for you then simply enter your details in the sourcing form provided on the right hand menu system of our site.

Once our sourcing team has received your request, you will be assigned a sourcing agent who’s role will be to support and inform you throughout the entire sourcing process. They are trained & instructed to make sure they provide you with a rewarding and exciting experience. Don’t hesitate to ask them any questions that you need clarified or answered. They will be more than happy to assist you.

The sourcing agent that has been assigned to your case will forward you an email which will contain some of the following details:
Date your item was last sourced, Country where your item was last sourced from, Price the last time your item was sourced at, Degree Of Attainability, % of whether we will be able to source you a better price for your item, Estimated sourcing timeline before a positive / negative decision is reached on whether we can source your item for you. Your case number and the next several steps in the sourcing process for your item.

This is the most critical stage in the entire sourcing concept. Your agent will attempt to use our sophisticated patented and exclusive database tracking system (wUw IQ™) that we have developed and which is constantly in research and development mode to connect with terminals connected to hundreds and thousands of national and international manufactures, suppliers, wholesalers and distributors in the hope of locating you the item of your desire. They will endeavor to adjust ever so slightly the special tracking algorithm to source you the item using an enormous library of word associations and specification keyword possibilities in the hope that they will receive a perfect match. If they don’t locate the item nationally, the same procedure is repeated to locate your item throughout the world.

As soon as the sourcing agent has located the product of your desire, his or her next step is to try and negotiate a better price for you, whether this is the first time the product has ever been requested to be sourced or a better price then it originally was sourced for. This is where the sourcing agent really goes to work for you.

In the event that the sourcing agent does not locate your item both nationally or internationally, you will be happy to know that they’re sourcing effort does not end here. They will attempt to make modifications and recalibrate wUw IQ™ to execute search functionalities to locate and track you alternatives items that match your desired product as closely as possible.

Once your item or an alternative item has been sourced for you, you will receive an email from your sourcing agent which will include an exclusive offer with an expiry date and a detailed explanation as to how to accept the offer and purchase your item.
